Michael,

I have a problem when I add additional images to a product. This happens all the time if I had 2 or more images. When I go back into the product to edit something later, the description box disappears and I get this instead,--

\"\" \"\"    \"\" \"\"

19oz

\"\"
'; oFCKeditor.Height = 150; oFCKeditor.Config['SkinPath'] = 'skins/office2003/'; oFCKeditor.ToolbarSet = 'Basic'; // preload images oFCKeditor.Config['PreloadImages'] = 'skins/office2003/images/toolbar.start.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.end.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.bg.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.buttonarrow.gif'; oFCKeditor.Create(); //-->

-- If I save, it takes away everything I originally had in the description box.

I DO love the additional images though! It would be wonderful if you can sort this out!

Thanks!  Cheesy

Hi Tatjana,

Hope you had a great holiday!  A couple of quick questions regarding the bug you found...

1) When you mentioned that it happens if add 2 or more images to a product, are you referring to adding images through the product page "Additional Images" or adding images through the Advanced Editor under the text description of the product?

2) Could you give me the name of a product on your site that has this problem as an example?

I should be able to solve the problem and get it ready for the next coming update that's due out very soon.

A) It happens when I add images through the product page "Additional Images".

B) I find it happening on just about every product, but first noticed it when working on the the glassware. The Palm Tree DOF is an example of one of the products giving me trouble. Here is a link to it on the website. http://www.largocargo.com/prd/308/1090/Palm-Tree-DOF-14oz.html

Now it happened to one of my categories. I was going to edit the Icy Pine category and when I entered in the description box was gone and instead it said,

"'; oFCKeditor.Height = 180; oFCKeditor.Config['SkinPath'] = 'skins/office2003/'; oFCKeditor.ToolbarSet = 'Basic'; // preload images oFCKeditor.Config['PreloadImages'] = 'skins/office2003/images/toolbar.start.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.end.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.bg.gif;skins/office2003/images/toolbar.buttonarrow.gif'; oFCKeditor.Create(); //--> "

Thanks, those details will help solve the issue.  It appears to be a problem with the advanced editing feature and should be able to be fixed this week with the new release of Shop a la Cart.  Thanks!
